Hi, I’m Vanessa. I’m a dietitian. I love food.

I love to cook. I love to bake. I love to eat.

As a dietitian, knowing what goes into my food is important to me. The majority of food I make is homemade (almost always from scratch) inspired by recipes I find or creations I come up with (sometimes by accident when short on ingredients… sort of my own Food Network “Chopped” moment). There is also a lot of nutrition and diet-related information out there so it’s important to look to credible sources before following the latest fad diet.
